Residential cleaning

Bedrooms

  • Make beds (change linens upon request)
  • Clean lamps and dust lampshades
  • Dust picture frames
  • Dust furniture - top, front, and underneath
  • Vacuum and/or wash floors (including under the bed if accessible)
  • Clean windowsills (dust blinds upon request)
  • Dust baseboards
  • Remove fingerprints from woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates
  • Empty trash
  • Clean mirrors

Kitchen

  • Clean exterior of appliances (interior cleaning available upon request)
  • Clean exterior and interior of microwave
  • Clean tables and chairs
  • Disinfect countertops and backsplash (remove and replace all items)
  • Clean cabinet fronts
  • Scrub and disinfect sinks (dishes washed upon request)
  • Vacuum and/or wash floor
  • Clean windowsills (dust blinds upon request)
  • Dust baseboards (deep clean upon request)
  • Remove fingerprints from woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates
  • Empty trash

General Office Areas

  • Dust all surfaces including desks, shelves, and countertops.
  • Clean and disinfect desks and workstations.
  • Empty and disinfect trash cans; replace liners.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs.
  • Wipe down light switches and door handles.
  • Clean windows and mirrors.
  • Dust down baseboards.
  • Dust and clean office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Remove bubblegum from underneath tables.
  • Clean and disinfect telephones.
  • Polish wooden furniture.

  • Organize magazines and brochures in reception areas.
